1. BASIC CONCEPTS

Site – a personal website (specify the affiliation of the site), located on the Internet at: https://mvc-nn.ru.
Administration of the Site – LLC «Interagency center of solid-state microelectronics» (ICSM), contacts: [email protected].
User – a natural or legal person who has placed his personal information by means of a feedback form on the site with the subsequent purpose of transferring data to the Administration of the Site.
Feedback form – a special form where the User places his personal information for the purpose of transferring data to the Administration of the Site.

2. GENERAL PROVISIONS

2.1. This Privacy Policy is an official standard document of the Site Administration and defines the procedure for processing and protection of information about individuals and legal entities using the Feedback Form on the Site.
2.2. The purpose of this Privacy Policy is to ensure proper protection of information about the User, including his personal data from unauthorized access and disclosure.
2.3. Relations related to collection, storage, distribution and protection of information about users are regulated by this Privacy Policy and the current legislation of the Russian Federation.
2.4. The current version of the Privacy Policy is a public document developed by the Website Administration and is available to any Internet User by hypertext link “Privacy Policy”.
2.5. The Administration of the Site has the right to make changes to this Privacy Policy.
2.6. When making changes to the Privacy Policy, the Website Administration notifies the User by placing the new version of the Privacy Policy on the Website https://mvc-nn.ru.
2.7. When placing the new version of the Privacy Policy on the Site, the previous version is stored in the archive of documentation of the Site Administration.
2.8. By using the Feedback Form, the User agrees to the terms of this Privacy Policy.
2.9. The Website Administration does not check the reliability of the received (collected) information about the User.

3. CONDITIONS AND PURPOSES OF COLLECTION AND PROCESSING OF USERS' PERSONAL DATA

3.1. Personal data of the User such as: name, surname, patronymic, e-mail, telephone, etc., are transferred by the User to the Administration of the Site with the consent of the User.
3.2. Transfer of personal data by the User to the Website Administration via the Feedback Form means the User’s consent to transfer his/her personal data.
3.3. The Website Administration processes information about the User, including his personal data, such as: name, surname, patronymic, e-mail, telephone, etc., as well as additional information about the User, provided by him at his own request: city, position, etc. in order to fulfill obligations to the User of the Website.
3.4. Processing of personal data is based on the following principles:

a) legality of purposes and methods of personal data processing and integrity;
b) compliance of the purposes of personal data processing with the purposes predetermined and stated in the collection of personal data;
c) compliance of the volume and nature of personal data processed with the methods of personal data processing and purposes of personal data processing;
d) the inadmissibility of combining databases containing personal data created for incompatible purposes.

3.5. The Administration of the Website processes personal data of the User with his consent in order to provide services/sales of goods offered on the Website.

4. STORAGE AND USE OF PERSONAL DATA

Personal data of the User is stored only on electronic media and is used strictly for the purpose specified in paragraph 3 of this Privacy Policy.

5. TRANSFER OF PERSONAL DATA

5.1. Personal data of the User is not transferred to any third parties, except for the cases expressly provided by this Privacy Policy.
5.2. Provision of personal data of the User at the request of state authorities, local authorities is carried out in the manner prescribed by the legislation of the Russian Federation.

6. TERMS OF STORAGE AND DESTRUCTION OF PERSONAL DATA

6.1. Personal data of the User is stored on the electronic medium of the site for an indefinite period of time.
6.2. Personal data of the User is deleted at the request of the User on the basis of his/her request, or at the initiative of the Website Administrator without explanation by deleting the information posted by the User by the Website Administration.

7. RIGHTS AND OBLIGATIONS OF USERS

Users have the right to receive information regarding the processing of their personal data from the Website Administration on the basis of a request.

8. MEASURES TO PROTECT USER INFORMATION

The Website Administrator shall take technical and organizational-legal measures to ensure protection of the User’s personal data from illegal or accidental access to them, destruction, modification, blocking, copying, distribution, as well as from other illegal actions.

9. USER REQUESTS

9.1. The User has the right to send to the Administration of the Site his requests, including those concerning the use/deletion of his personal data, provided by paragraph 3 of this Privacy Policy in writing to the address specified in paragraph 1.
9.2. A request sent by the User must contain the following information:
for an individual:

– number of the main identity document of the User or its representative;
– information on the date of issue of the said document and the issuing authority;
– date of registration via the feedback form;
– free text;
– Signature of the User or their representative.

for a legal entity:

– request in free form on letterhead;
– date of registration via the feedback form;
– the request shall be signed by an authorized person with documents confirming the powers of the person.

9.3. The Website Administration undertakes to consider and send a reply to the User’s request within 30 days from the date of receipt of the request.
9.4. All correspondence received by the Administration from the User (written/electronic form) refers to the information of limited access and is not subject to disclosure without written consent of the User. Personal data and other information about the User who has sent a request may not be used without the special consent of the User, except for answering the question of the received request or in cases expressly provided by law.
